Use of Website
The content on this website is provided for general information about services offered by Nikos Healing Hands. It may be updated or adjusted at any time.
Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through the online booking system or by direct contact. When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and honest information.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows the time to be offered to someone else. For late cancellations or missed appointments, it may not always be possible to reschedule.
Payment
Payment is made before the session through online payment, or after the session in person.
By booking an appointment, you agree to complete the payment for the session provided. Prices may be updated from time to time.
Gift Cards & Massage Packages
Validity Gift cards and massage packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The full value or all sessions must be used before the expiry date shown in your confirmation email — any remaining balance or unused sessions are forfeited after this date and cannot be extended or refunded.
Non-refundable Gift cards and massage packages are non-refundable once purchased, except:
- Within the first 14 days after purchase, you may request a full refund (right of withdrawal), provided no session has yet been booked or used.
- If Nikos Healing Hands is unable to provide the service you’ve paid for (e.g. permanent closure), you are entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.
Packages — specific terms
- A massage package is valid only for the specific massage type(s) and session duration selected at the time of purchase.
- Each session’s appointment date must fall on or before the package’s expiry date — bookings for a date after expiry will not be accepted, even if you apply the code before it expires.
- Discounted or off-peak booking times do not affect the number of sessions deducted — one session is always deducted per booking, regardless of when it takes place.
Gifting Gift cards and packages may be purchased for someone else. Once purchased, the code is sent directly to the named recipient (or to you, if no recipient is specified) and is not tied to any specific person’s identity — whoever holds the valid code may redeem it.
Lost or stolen codes Nikos Healing Hands is not responsible for gift cards or packages that are lost, stolen, or used by an unauthorized person once the code has been shared or has left your possession.
Arrival Time
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, the session may need to be shortened to respect the next booking.
